What it is

Finished, not fussy.

A blowout is the fastest way to feel completely put together, and it is also the best way to see what your cut and color are really doing. Smooth and glassy, soft and bouncy, or deliberately undone. The finish is your call.

For weddings and events, the goal is different: it has to survive the whole day. That means building the style so it holds through photos, humidity, hugging people, and a dance floor, and still looks like you rather than a helmet.

Because this is a one-chair studio, occasion appointments are limited and go early, especially on weekends in wedding season. If you have a date, get it on the books.

What is included

Choose your finish.

Smooth & sleek

Glassy, polished, and straight. The one that makes color look most expensive.

Soft waves

Bouncy, brushed-out volume with movement. The classic event finish that photographs well.

Lived-in & undone

Texture with a bend rather than a curl, for when polished is not the vibe.

Occasion styling

Weddings, engagements, showers, and photos, built to hold all day and still move.

Questions

Blowouts, answered honestly.

How long does a blowout last?

Most hold three to five days, longer if you protect it. Sleeping on silk, using dry shampoo before you need it rather than after, and keeping hair away from shower steam all buy extra days. Here are the five habits that make it last all week.

Should I come with clean or dirty hair?

Clean, dry or towel-dried hair is ideal, and skip heavy oils or leave-in creams that day. Coming straight from work or the gym is fine too, just say so when you book so there is time to wash.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding or event?

For a wedding, as early as you have the date. This is a one-chair studio and occasion slots go quickly, particularly weekends in season. For a party or shoot, a couple of weeks is usually enough.

Can you do waves or curls, not just smooth?

Yes. Sleek and glassy, soft bouncy waves, or a more undone lived-in bend are all on the table. Bring a photo of the finish you want, because words like beachy mean very different things to different people.

Can I get extensions in for one event?

Hand-tied extensions need a consultation and color-matched hair ordered ahead, so they are not a same-week event fix. If you want more volume for a specific date, mention it when booking and we will plan the styling around what your own hair can give. More on extensions here.
